Program FAQS
No, there is no membership fee to enroll. To start your program, we will charge you first month’s payment.
Your Forever Glow Monthly Membership program starts the day your membership is charged to your card and renews automatically each month.
Your Forever Glow Monthly Membership payment will be billed on the same day as first payment each month.
You may cancel the program at any time with 7 days written notice. If you cancel, you will be unable to re-enroll for a minimum period of 6 months.
Your Forever Glow Monthly Membership allows for 2 transferable Diamond Glow treatments per year. However, the special 10% off retail products, services, and procedures is non-transferable.
No, but we encourage you to keep up with your skincare regimen to reach maximal results with your injectables and other procedures in our office. Should a situation arise that you cannot come in one month, you may carry it over and use your treatment credit at another time.
